As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be hands‑on with hardware, visiting customer sites and remote worker locations to deliver deskside support that keeps businesses running smoothly. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role where you'll grow your technical skills, build confidence, and gain exposure to a wide range of environments.
What we are looking for:
• Working knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
• End User Devices hardware experience
• Deskside support experience
• Excellent customer facing skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers
• Clean driving licence
• Self-Management with Good Organisational Skills.
• Communication Skills
• Ability to follow remote advanced technical instruction
Ideally, you will possess hands on work experience or have a sound knowledge of:
• Desktop / Workstation - (Dell, HP)
• Laptop - (Dell, HP)
• Server Module Support
• Network Module Support
You'll be working to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), playing a key part in helping Capita meet its commitments. In return, you'll be supported by a strong team culture and guided by our Field Services DNA - the standards that shape how our engineers work, collaborate, and deliver exceptional service.
