Summary
We are seeking a sharp M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of high-value HVAC, electrical, and plumbing packages from tender to final account. Location Central London.
Your Core Impact-
Commercial Strategy: Lead tender analysis and produce robust initial estimates for complex M&E systems.

Financial Control: Oversee post-contract valuations, monitor cash flow, and maintain strict cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Management: Proactively manage variations and negotiate commercial outcomes with clients and subcontractors.

Final Accounts: Drive the successful settlement of final accounts, ensuring all commercial obligations are met.

Expertise: Deep understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, Power, Fire & Security, Public Health).

Contractual Savvy: Strong working knowledge of standard commercial contracts (e.g., JCT or NEC).

Collaborative: Skilled at working alongside designers and project managers to balance technical requirements with budget constraints.
Ideally permenant or open to Temp to Perm depending on experience.
