Summary

I am a woman who lives with fibromyalgia and spondylosis of my spine. I manage around the house but use a wheelchair when I am outside.
I have 4 children, 3 of whom who I live with
We have a family dog and also have reptiles that are locked away
I really enjoy arts and crafts, and I enjoy volunteering with the scouting association

To support me on a one-to-one basis.
To support me to maintain and develop daily living skills
To go shopping with me and bring food home as I can struggle with carrying shopping bags
Cooking and preparing meals
Light housework duties such as laundry (I already have a cleaner)
Help with any administrative tasks
To undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties as specified by myself, or my representatives.

The ability to work flexibly to ensure continuity of service.
The ability to empower me in reaching my full potential in all aspects of independent daily living.
The ability to communicate effectively with me and to put me at the centre of all you do whilst supporting me.
To understand the importance of maintaining confidential information.

Friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour
Caring experience is essential.
It is not essential to have a driving licence however it would be an advantage. I own a Motability car that I drive so this can be used as transport when taking me out.
Car driver with class 1 business insurance
A DBS check will be required

£13 per hour
12 hours per week
