Summary

We’re proud to be delivering nationally significant projects and playing a key role in advancing sustainable development across the UK and Ireland. With a strong pipeline of peatland restoration, energy infrastructure, and environmental assessment projects, we are seeking an Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental Assessment team in Belfast.
Mandatory Requirements
You will hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant experience. Experience in EIA processes—including screening, scoping, data analysis, and technical chapter authorship—is essential. You must be able to interpret environmental data, apply regulatory guidance, and work confidently within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality EIA outputs.

Desirable
Experience working with peatland environments, restoration projects, or nature recovery programmes is highly advantageous. Experience coordinating EIA inputs across multiple technical disciplines, liaising with environmental regulators, and using GIS or spatial analysis tools will further strengthen your application. Experience delivering environmental assessments within consultancy settings will also be beneficial.
