Summary
To work effectively and efficiently within the framework of team nursing and individualised patient care. To work In collaboration with the department integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement andevaluate programmes of care for patients. To support the Paediatric team and the department to create and maintain a safe and welcomingenvironment, in which members of the team can contribute to the maximum of their ability in providing a high standard of care, staff welfare and staff training.
