Summary
Involved in the preparation and service of meals to patients, Staff & Visitors. Required to undertake a wide range of cleaning and monitoring duties associated with maintaining food hygiene within the main kitchens, ward kitchens, dining room and coffee shops. Ensuring that at all time a high quality service provision is offered, maintaining trust values. We are looking for staff who are self motivated and can work in a team or on their own unsupervised. You will be working in a busy hospital and can be moved as the needs of the service requires, also you may be required to work Bank holidays including Christmas Day. Although training will be given for all positions, a good knowledge of catering is required. This is an exciting opportunity but the successful candidate needs to be flexible. This post requires previous catering experience, including cooking snacks and front of house service Please ensure you put all relevant experience on the application form
