Summary
We are currently recruiting part-time Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to people in their own homes across Wellingborough, Kettering, and Northampton.
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with daily living tasks, helping them remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes.
Key Requirements:
Must be able to work weekends
No school runs
No restricted hours – flexibility is essential
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Must have own vehicle
Must have business insurance or be willing to obtain it prior to commencement of work
Caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
Good communication skills
Experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
