Summary
We are seeking calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support older adults in a proactive and holistic manner. As a key member of our team, you will possess strong skills in positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for all our service users.

As a support worker, you will be willing to embrace all aspects of the role, from providing personal care and support with domestic tasks, and assisting individuals in accessing work, education, and social opportunities.
The ability to work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings, is essential.
Previous experience is desirable, but not necessary. What we value most is your gumption and a can-do attitude.
