Summary
Accounts Administrator – Full-Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Baglan Industrial Estate, Port Talbot
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday – (8.00am to 4.30pm) To be discussed.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position working five days a week, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with data entry on Sage Line 50 and CSM (Caravan and Storage Management)
• Providing day-to-day administrative support
• Managing emails, phone calls, and general enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
• Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
• Supporting wider office operations as and when needed
About You
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using Sage Line 50 Microsoft Office and general office software
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous admin experience is desirable
