Summary
Level 3 qualified practitioner required. The candidate will report to a manager with possibilities of leading and supporting a small team. Current Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding and Food Hygiene qualifications preferred. SEND experience welcomed. An enhanced DBS check will be required before employment commences. We are looking for a good communicator and team player to join our small, friendly team in a local nursery with up to 40 places across 3 rooms. The post is full time term time plus extra hours to cover holiday clubs. Experience of working with families and developing partnerships and working within the EYFS is required and experience of working with babies advantageous. The candidate will report to a manager with possibilities of leading and supporting a small team to help deliver a full and varied EYFS curriculum designed to promote good communication and independence skills. All staff assist with end of day light cleaning duties, snack preparation, activity and continuous provision planning, indoor and outdoor play including Forest School. Training opportunities provided.
