Pay & Benefits:
£13.50 per hour (Monday–Sunday)
Double pay on peak days
35p per mile + paid travel and waiting time
Paid DBS (refunded after probation)
Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 hours per week)
Paid training and £400 refer-a-friend scheme
Working Pattern:
Flexible shifts between 06:45–21:30
Every other weekend availability required
Minimum 1-hour visits to give clients quality time and care
Training & Development:
Structured induction and paid training
Ongoing support from Senior Carers
