What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator you'll be working within the Digital Construction team, supporting them in project delivery from inception to in use. The Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator will be aware of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards and helping to deliver against client requirements.
Your day to day will include:
-Liaising with the information management team to ensure the use of the common data environment (CDE) is set-up, adhering to ISO 19650
-Contributing content towards the production of monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation and maturity within the business unit and across relevant projects
-Contributing to the BIM Execution Plan and other documents that are produced for the project(s)
-Ensuring the distribution and collation of external supply chain capabilities assessments for relevant project(s)
-Being responsible for raising awareness and the profile of digital implementation within the business unit / project functional departments including business development, work winning, estimating, design management, building services, commercial, planning, operational and SHEQ driving our cultural and behavioural change to a digital first mentality

-A very good communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships, internally and with the supply chain
-Enthusiastic and keen to use new technologies to improve traditional ways of working and are innovative by sharing ideas and challenging standard practices
-Able to discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability and have good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
