- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met

Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' growth and development
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of students
- A valid UK driving licence would be an advantage
