Summary
Are youa highly skilled, experienced maintenance professional? #TeamUHD are looking for a maintenancecraftsman(mechanical)to join theEstatesdepartmenton the Royal Bournemouth Hospital site.
Estatesprovides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service of the buildings, grounds, engineeringservicesand associated equipment throughout the Trust.
You’llhavecompleted arecognisedmechanical orbuildingservices apprenticeship and gained a wide experience in building engineering services and plant maintenance. This could be BTEC HNC level or City and Guilds plus relevant post apprenticeship training or equivalent experience.
We’relooking for someone witha current UK (manual) driving licence.
You'llbe workingon a shift pattern with participation in an emergency on-call rotawithopportunities for overtime.
Salary: £31,049 – £37,796 per annum (Band 5) plus local RRP (£3,277 pa) and an approximate £1,000 on-call retainer. As this is a shift-working position, enhancements are payable in line with Agenda for Change, which is estimated to add around £5,000–£6,000 per annum to total earnings.
