Summary
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities will be:
1. Organise and undertake quarterly property inspections and compile/issue report to relevant parties.
2. Attend Check In inspections, produce Check In reports, and liaise with other members of staff/relevant parties.
3. Attend Check Out inspections, produce Check Out reports and liaise with other members of staff/relevant parties.
4. Organise and attend property viewings with prospective tenants.
5. Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
6. Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors to address any issues or concerns promptly.
7. Other ad hoc duties that may be required.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in property management/estate agency would be beneficial, although not essential, as full training will be given.
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively.
3. Computer literate.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
6. Apply attention to detail.
7. Good work ethic - punctual and reliable.
8. Full, clean driving licence.
