Summary
A stunning, country hotel, with multiple guest dining experiences including brasserie, fine dining, private dining and high end banqueting experiences
Chef de Partie required to join the Head Chef and their friendly team of chefs your duties will include organising daily prep working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and cooking through service
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, with experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and is keen to learn new dishes
Live in is available if required or applicants will ideally need to live in the Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter or Derby area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £29,000 (depending upon experience)
Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)
