Summary

Secondary Supply Teacher – Day-to-day supply across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible These flexible opportunities are ideal for Secondary Supply Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings.Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage engagement
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning space
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Is confident working across multiple subjects and key stages
• Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
