This is a fast-paced role where you will work as part of a supportive aftersales team, using your technical expertise on everything from routine servicing to complex diagnostic work. As a vehicle technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
This opportunity sits within a growing automotive business offering long-term stability, excellent facilities, and structured workflows that mean no weekend working. That’s right — your weekends are yours.
What’s in it for you?
- No weekend working – enjoy a better work/life balance
- Uncapped bonus scheme with strong earning potential
- Minimum 31 days holiday, rising to 34 with service
- State-of-the-art workshop and tooling
- Preferential rates on vehicles, parts, and servicing

- Clear career development and progression opportunities
- Ongoing in-house and manufacturer training
- Enhanced maternity leave (after qualifying period)

Your weekday role will include:
As a vehicle technician, your typical day will involve completing scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer standards, carrying out diagnostics to identify and resolve vehicle issues, and conducting electronic visual health checks with clear recommendations. You’ll liaise with service advisors and customers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while continuing to develop your technical knowledge through training.
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a vehicle technician, you’ll ideally hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential. You’ll also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, good organisation and time management, and the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
