Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 base + £7,000 bonus

The firm operates with dedicated teams in place, including a New Business Team that manages client care, payments on account and AML identity checks, a Post Completions Team and Relationship and Account Managers. This structure allows fee earners to focus on progressing files and delivering a great client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of sales and purchase transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling lease extensions and remortgages if experienced, though this isn’t essential
- Working closely with a collaborative team that values quality and professionalism
- Using streamlined case management systems designed to make your role easier
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner
- Confident with technology and case management systems
- Organised, proactive and able to manage workload without cutting corners
