What will I do?
You’ll assist the Spa Manager to manage all aspects of the spa from driving retail revenue, health & safety, ensure the guests receive top class service whether they are receiving a single treatment or on a spa weekend break. Managing a team, you will lead by example, working together alongside them as and when required and ensure the team are continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard.
Is this the role for me?
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification
Previous experience as a Senior Therapist, Spa Supervisor or
Assistant Manager of a spa
Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!
People management experience
