What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing personalised academic and pastoral support to students with diverse needs
• Collaborating closely with SENCO, teachers, and therapists on tailored interventions
• Assisting with differentiated classroom activities and behaviour support plans
• Facilitating communication between students, teachers, and parents/carers
• Tracking, recording, and celebrating student progress and achievement
