Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are now recruiting for a Teacher of Science to contribute to the development of appropriate teaching programmes, resources and assessment methods within the Faculty. ECT's are welcome to apply.
The responsibilities of the post are to be performed in accordance with the provisions of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document and within the range of teacher's duties set out in that document, as the Headteacher may reasonably direct.
The post holder will normally act as a Vertical Form Tutor and carry out associated responsibilities (including LS&W) as indicated in the Form Tutor General Responsibility Document (Staff Handbook).
To be successful in this role you will have:-
• QTS
• Degree level qualification in Science - Physics, Chemistry or Biology
• Able to teach full range of ability 11-18
