Summary
Deputy Room Lead - Nursery (Liverpool)
We're working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Liverpool who are looking to appoint a Deputy Room Lead to support the running of a busy and nurturing room.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Early Years' practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in supporting staff, children and room leadership.
✨ The Role:
- Support the Room Lead in the day-to-day management of the room
- Help plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Act as a role model for best practice and nursery values
- Support key children and work closely with families
- Step up to lead the room in the absence of the Room Lead
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards are always me
✅ About You:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Confident supporting staff and children within the room
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
