Summary
Compound Drivers - Immediate Start - Thorne
The Best Connection is urgently recruiting Compound Drivers for a prestigious automotive client based in Thorne, offering an immediate start.
You'll be responsible for moving, preparing, and processing vehicles across the site, working closely with other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Various day shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 07:00-15:00 / 08:00-16:00
- Flexibility required
Key Duties:
- Moving and grouping vehicles around the compound
- Processing vehicles through wash and inspection stages
- Cleaning vehicles to inspection standard
- Carrying out photography, battery checks, and basic vehicle tasks
- Following all Health & Safety and site procedures
This is a physically active role involving extensive walking.
Requirements:
- Previous compound driving or vehicle processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment
