About the Role:- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities- Support children's development across all EYFS areas- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
✨ What We're Looking For:- Level 3 Early Years qualification (equivalent or above) or willingness to work towards a qualification - Experience working with children aged 2-5 years, ideally in a similar setting- Understanding of the EYFS framework- Genuine passion for early childhood education and forest school - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
