E-ACT Multi Academy Trust seeks a visionary Cloud & O365 Specialist to lead the migration of 38 schools to a secure, collaborative, and AI-ready cloud environment. You will drive strategic change, champion best practice, and ensure our digital transformation delivers measurable impact for pupils, educators, and the Trust. Reporting to the Director of IT and in close alignment with the Director of IT Infrastructure and projects you will align initiatives with Trust-wide strategy to establish clear governance standards and prepare our environment for safe Copilot/AI agent use.
The role offers a hybrid of both on site and remote working, and the successful candidate will be required to frequently visit our main Bristol offices and also our academies across the country, so transport and a full clean driving licence is essential.

Act as the subject matter expert for Office 365, providing advanced support and development for Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneNote, and related services.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
Support trustworthy data integration using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services to inform educational outcomes.
Lead the migration of on-premises services (including printing, file storage, and identity management) to secure, cloud-based solutions, following DfE guidance for cloud adoption and service resilience.
Pay range:
Scale Points SCP36 - 41 (£47,181 - £52,413 per annum)
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Identity and Access Administrator Associate and Information Protection Administrator Associate , are highly desirable
Relevant degree (desirable)
Deep knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms, including migration, administration, and integration of identity, security, and collaboration services across multi-site educational environments (essential)
Strong understanding of best practice in cloud security design and implementation. (essential)
