Summary

A leading contractor based in the South coast is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their business. Based out of their head office in Southampton. The role will be working inside a small office team. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.

Duties:

  • Filing documents
  • Sending drawings
  • Distributing information
  • Filing invoices
  • Monitoring Emails, phone calls & post
  • Supporting teams with administrative support
  • Screen and provide support for any technical issues
  • Experience working within a building or construction environment is of great benefit.

Key attributes:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual for our client. Key attributes include previous experience within a similar role. Desirably you will come from a construction background but not essential. Key attributes will include ability to confidently articulate yourself via email and over the phone, good computers skills and ability to use Microsoft packages. With an organised and proactive approach to work.
