What you’ll do:
• Support with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with mealtimes and feeding.
• Help residents with mobility using hoists and aids.
• Encourage participation in activities and hobbies.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
What we’re looking for:
• At least 3 months’ care experience.
• Experience with manual handling and hoists.
• Reliable, caring, and great with people.
• Passion for improving lives and strong communication skills.
