Summary
High5 Recruitment are proud to be representing a provider launching a flagship EBD Home in the heart of the Holderness countryside. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager who thrives on independence and wants to escape the constraints of large-scale corporate providers.
Located on a sprawling 4-acre site, this renovated farmhouse offers a peaceful, therapeutic environment. The provider is already looking at future expansion, the growth potential for the right leader is immense.
As the Registered Manager, you will be given full autonomy. From finalising the team culture to shaping the therapeutic approach, this is your home to lead. Unique to this role, the provider is open to your input regarding the Responsible Individual (RI) appointment - Offering a rare chance to continue a working relationship with a trusted consultant if you choose.
***You must have previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children's Residential or similar setting
***You should have a start-up mindset: Proactive, creative, and resilient
***You should have experience of registering new homes and you must be able to provide all URNs under your direct registration
Starting Salary £50,000 to £55,000 + Bonuses (to be agreed with your input)
