Summary

To support the warehouse team in ensuring all administrative duties are performed effectively. To utilise systems and communication tools to collect and gather data for effective reporting for the warehouse management team.

Man the office to ensure availability to answer telephone, deal with queries, giving booking slots to haulers and suppliers. Booking vehicles is as they report through to the office on arrival, Tell the drivers where to park and call a FLT driver to unload. Keep the delivery board up to date at all times.

Inspect goods in to ensure that they are all to standards, Label pallets, Book them into SAP and follow up that they have gone to the correct location. Ensure tractability records in the warehouse are kept neatly and comply with company policy.

Manage the stock levels of yard items, Empty IBC collections, Chep/Euro Pallet quantities and arrange collection and deliveries as required.

Work with Purchasing and the stock controller to ensure that queries are dealt with, Inventory checks are completed and Case call off (NAV Plan) is completed daily
Play a key role in the month and year end inventory counts, both the primary and secondary counts as well as investigations afterwards

Keep the SAP system up to date by ensuring stock movements are correct.
Manage Bulk deliveries and increase/decrease orders for the following days based on the stock levels.


Administror for food production warehouse in Coventry CV5 area.

The shift pattern will be 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts

Pay depending on experience, hourly rate.
