Key Requirements
- Experienced Teachers only - not open to ECTs
- Must have a DBS on the Update Service
- Strong behaviour management with the ability to set and uphold high expectations
- A positive role model with professional conduct at all times
- Excellent spoken and written English
- QTS essential
- Strong academic background including a good undergraduate degree and PGCE with QTS
- Able to work collaboratively with TAs and senior leaders
- Committed to consistency, reliability, and positive pupil outcomes
