About the Role
Long Term Futures are working with a specialist SEN school in Edgware to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 12-18 with complex needs. About the School
This specialist SEN school in Edgware supports students aged 12-18 with complex needs. The school's core mission is to help young people become as independent as possible through functional life skills, vocational training, personal development, and confidence and independence building. The environment is supportive, structured, and highly nurturing, with a strong focus on preparing pupils for life beyond school.

What's on Offer
This is a long-term role with the chance to go permanent, within a supportive SEN specialist environment, with ongoing training and development and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on young people's futures. The school is well connected by public transport across North West London.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be patient, calm, and resilient, passionate about supporting young people with additional needs, confident working with challenging behaviour, and comfortable supporting physical and personal care when required. You will be reliable and committed to long-term work. Experience in SEN, care, youth work, or similar settings is highly desirable but not essential.
