We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic Cleaner to help maintain a welcoming and hygienic environment within Tom Matheson Court. Confidentiality and respect for our tenants are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
•Interact professionally with all tenants, visitors and staff.
•Ensure any concerns with tenants/visitors are raised promptly with the Court-Coordinator / Housing Officer.
•Deliver and maintain a high level of cleanliness within the Court.
•Monitor cleaning supplies used and advise Court-Coordinator / Housing Officer when goods need to be replenished.
•Ensure any equipment used is correctly maintained/stored.
•Ensure any cleaning products/chemicals are used and stored correctly.
Requirements – What We’re Looking For:
•Previous experience in a similar cleaning role and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
•General IT literacy and a basic understanding of health and safety requirements.
•Experience using Microsoft Office packages (desirable).
•A basic disclosure check and right-to-work verification are required for this role.
