This varied and challenging position presents a great opportunity to make a real difference to patient care, demonstrate your ability to innovate and implement change, and lead, support and progress the pharmacy services across general medicine.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the general medicine service and wards teams, as well as the wider Pharmacy team across MFT.

You will participate in ward rounds, provide expert medicines advice to staff and patients, review medication incidents and develop clinical guidelines. You will perform a pivotal role in the provision of education and training to the multi-disciplinary team and ensure key governance priorities are met. You will also play a vital role in the coordination of the ongoing education and training program for pharmacists, trainee pharmacists and technicians within the team.

You will have the opportunity to use our digital technology to improve the way we work for our patients and colleagues.
