Summary
Building Surveyor needed in Gosport, £31.30ph PAYE - Reference: 5287654
- Taking the lead on non-housing corporate assets whilst supporting the housing function.
- A potential for managing up to three direct reports.
- You will be responsible for compliance overview, condition and repair assessment to include scopes of works and specifications.
- Procurement services and potential for tendering.
- Ideally HNC and HHSRS minimum or relevant experience
- Compliant handling.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
