Summary

As a Service Improvement Officer, you will be an integral part of the Governance and Assurance Directorate which includes Business Continuity, Health & Safety, Operational/Organisational Assurance and Risk & Performance and Service Improvement. You will be responsible for effectively managing service improvement initiatives including planning and delivery of projects throughout the life cycle, which support the organisational priorities of Cleveland Fire Brigade to maximise return on investment and performance improvement within the constraints of time, budget and risk.

We're looking for someone who demonstrates openness, flexibility, and processes strong organisational skills and has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. An individual who is responsive to the present and future needs of the organisation and can consider the best interest of all stakeholders.
