Summary


We are currently seeking a band 5 staff nurse to join our Renal Assessment Unit at the Royal London Hospital. We take immense pride in delivering exceptional care to our renal patients and are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated nurse.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in renal and a fast be able to work in a fast-paced assessment unit for renal patients, be an excellent communicator, and deliver care to a high standard. Renal experience or experience in an Assessment Unit is desirable and being able to do venepuncture and cannulation. Our unit operates at a fast pace, serving patients who come in for day surgery, transfusions, and clinic appointments.

Bart’s Health is home to the UK’s largest renal & haemodialysis unit, offering nurses the unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of clinical specialties and to advance their professional development.

Our world class services include Medical, Surgical, Critical Care, Transplantation, Community Dialysis, Acute Dialysis, Research, Palliative Care, Renal Assessment, Living Donation, Acute Kidney Injury and Chronic Kidney Disease.

The role involves working a 7 am to 7 pm shift pattern from Monday to Friday, this will move to Saturdays in the future.

This is an exciting role that you can be a part of as, as we expand our assessment unit and the service we provide to renal patients.
