This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and be an essential member of one of our charity shops from the beginning, to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Shop Manager, acting as Duty Manager in their absence. You’ll also help lead and inspire our amazing volunteer team, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
Our St Neots shop will open mid 2026, in one of the town's most popular and vibrant areas.
What you’ll do:
• Support the Shop Manager in achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of display, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Promote Gift Aid and help grow our eCommerce presence.
• Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers in a positive and inclusive environment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
What we’re looking for:
• A welcoming, inclusive approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and use initiative.
• Comfortable with lifting and moving stock and using electronic devices (tills, tablets, computers).
• Experience in retail or team supervision is desirable, but not essential—we value transferable skills!
Why join EACH?
• Be part of a charity that makes a real difference in the community.
• Work in a supportive, inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.
• Opportunities for training and development.
Additional information:
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to legal requirements for equipment use and supervision responsibilities.
• Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
