Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pool Manager to oversee the operations of our pool facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and possess strong managerial skills within the hospitality industry.

Ideally NPLQ qualification and plant room experience and certification SPTO

Duties:

- Job includes lifeguard duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the pool area, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including pool maintenance and water quality standards.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for all patrons.
- Oversee inventory management of pool supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate pool events and activities to enhance guest experience.

-May suite experienced lifeguard who wishes to step up to a management role with plant room experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing pool facilities or similar hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pool operations.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Certification in lifeguarding or pool management is desirable.
