£40,000-£48,000

Hybrid working, 3 days in the office in Nine Elms Battersea

An established Executive Search firm based in Nine Elms (Battersea) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Team Assistant to join their team. This is not a traditional TA role; instead, it is a pivotal operational support position working in close partnership with senior consultants as they manage end‑to‑end search assignments.

As the firm specialises in appointing high‑profile senior leaders, including CEOs, CFOs and Managing Directors, each recruitment mandate is treated as a unique, high‑stakes project requiring exceptional precision, administration, communication and stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview

The Senior Team Assistant will provide critical support to consultants across all stages of the search lifecycle. You will manage complex administrative workflows, coordinate multiple moving parts, and act as a central point of communication for clients and candidates. This role requires excellent judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage numerous high-level administrative projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Process Management:

  • Manage 15-20 concurrent search projects.
  • Maintain smooth, timely delivery across all assignments.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all project documentation.

Client & Candidate Coordination:

  • Act as the main process contact for clients and candidates.
  • Provide clear updates and support consultant relationships.
  • Anticipate issues and resolve them quickly.

Administrative Support

  • Manage complex diaries and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare high‑quality documents, reports and correspondence.
  • Uphold precision and consistency in administrative tasks.

Communication & Liaison

  • Serve as the central communication point for the practice group.
  • Liaise professionally with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Support new business through efficient coordination and follow‑up.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of complex processes.
  • Experience within executive search, professional services, or a similarly structured, high‑touch environment is advantageous but not essential.

Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled. Interviews will take place throughout this period, therefore we encourage you to apply early to avoid disappointment.
