PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

You will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of timetables across the institution. You will work closely with the Campus Academic Coordinator and key stakeholders across the NC HE Centre to ensure timetables are accurate and efficient.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service, and you will be a supportive colleague and effective team player. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, experience of anticipating problems and identifying practical solutions, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
You will be confident using Excel, with the ability to maintain spreadsheets accurately. Experience of working with timetabling or student records systems would be an advantage.
