We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburrer to join our team in Poole, Dorset. Responsibilities
As a Deburrer, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Deburring external surfaces and edges of CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts.
• Handling internal cross drilling and internal/external threads of aircraft components.
• Utilizing hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
• Performing final part marking and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
• Understanding and applying aerospace deburring techniques.
• Working with a variety of materials to achieve precise results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Proven experience in deburring CNC machined components.
• Familiarity with aerospace deburring processes (preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience working in a machine shop environment.
• Ability to work with various materials and tools effectively.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
• Starting your shift at either 7am or 8am and finishing at 4pm or 5pm, with flexibility available.
• Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to ensure components meet customer specifications.
• Using a variety of tools and techniques to deburr and finish components to the highest standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
