Summary
GR Employment Ltd is currently recruiting for an Operations Agent on behalf of one of our valued customers based at their Huntingdon, Lightning Park area.
As an Operations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day customer activities within the Service Centre are completed to the required standards. You will also be required to ensure that all internal and external visitors to the Service Centre are handled appropriately and, at times, act as the Service Centre Receptionist.
As the Operations Agent, you will be measured on customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact at the Service Centre for frontline queries, you will operate in a customer-focused manner at all times, ensuring that company standards are upheld. This role is diverse and requires a high level of attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills. You must be an excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to build effective relationships, in order to deliver high service quality and enhance the customer experience.
Shift Available:
Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 9 PM
Hourly Rate: £14.29 per hour
Shift Premium: Extra £2.71 per hour after 7.00 pm
Saturday Premium: Extra £1.18 per hour
Sunday Premium: Extra £2.20 per hour
Job responsibilities:
To provide administrative and operational tasks, answer all calls to the Service Centre
Respond to all queries in accordance with company standards
Deal with all internal and external customers professionally, visiting the Service Centre.
Manage day-to-day workload and seek support when required.
Use computer systems with numerous applications to ensure work is completed in accordance with company requirements.
Act as the Service Centre receptionist when necessary
Perform any other reasonable duties as required
Job qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills
Security training will be given when required
