Summary

Job Purpose
The Business Support Executive supports the management in executing new store openings and business expansion plans across Kbeverage LTD. The role focuses on business development, real estate coordination, market analysis, and operational support to ensure timely and profitable store openings in line with Starbucks guideline.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of new Starbucks store openings from site identification through to store opening.
Assist in executing regional growth and real estate strategies to achieve new store targets, ROI, and other key performance indicators.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely store openings.
Follow through site selection activities including market research, site tours, feasibility assessments, and preparation of site documentation.
Support lease negotiation processes by coordinating documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
Participate in new and existing market analysis to identify expansion opportunities.
Support preparation and tracking of development budgets, capital expenditure, and pre-opening costs for new stores.
Assist in monitoring cost performance and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
Support regional portfolio activities including renewals, renovations, relocations, and store closures.
Assist with operational handover of new stores to operations teams.
Support initiatives to ensure stores meet operational readiness and customer satisfaction standards.
Prepare reports, presentations, and tracking tools related to new store development and regional performance.
Contribute to long-term business and market rollout strategies.
Collaborate closely with development, operations, finance, and regional teams to ensure alignment with Starbucks and company objectives.
