Summary

Working closely with the ARCC KSS Leadership team to develop robust systems for smooth operational running of the bases including rostering support, procurement, recruitment and governance.To support the Leadership ream with managerial and operational responsibilities as required.To provide logistical and clinical support to transfer teams.To be aware of service developments through attendance at relevant meetings and to disseminate appropriate information from these to staff. Be identified as a resource within ARCC KSS. Production of clinical and operational briefs as required.Responsible for ensuring the safe use of all critical care equipment, identifying training needs in relation to this and ensure equipment training records are maintained. Preparation and provision of relevant training, including induction training. Assist in the maintenance of stock control for medical supplies in line with allocated resources. To ensure that the environment and staff comply with Health and Safety and infection Control regulations and that policies and procedures are followed correctly. To support review and investigation of Critical Incident (DATIX) reporting. To act as a change agent to promote innovation ensuring practice developments are evidence based via specialist protocols / guidelines and through support of other staffin this.
