Summary
Who We're Looking For Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC) with no restrictions to practice. Minimum 3 years Orthopaedic scrub experience, with theatre leadership or senior practitioner experience. Mentorship qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Strong clinical decision-making and case management skills. Knowledge of theatre budgeting and resource planning (desirable).
