Summary
You will have responsibility for overseeing cold chain management, clinical audits, and the implementation of policies and procedures. You will actively contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and service development, working closely with GPs and the Practice Manager. In addition, you will manage all nursing resources to ensure alignment with the partnerships business priorities. You will ensure that HR processes are followed effectively through robust appraisal and performance management, with support from the Practice Manager for more complex HR matters. Applicants must demonstrate strong clinical experience, particularly in the delivery of evidence-based care for long-term conditions, immunisations, and screening programmes.
