The Role
  • Drive Occupancy: Manage the full sales funnel, from initial enquiry to move-in.
  • Network & Influence: Build strong relationships within the local community to generate high-quality leads.
  • Digital & Local Marketing: Enhance the home’s profile through targeted campaigns and community events.
  • Data Strategy: Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to analyze performance and optimize conversion rates.


What You’ll Need
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in healthcare, sales and marketing expertise is essential.
  • Target Driven: Self-motivated with a focus on hitting and exceeding occupancy goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
