Summary
Our client operates a Holiday Resort in Wales and are currently recruiting for a Head Chef.
Must proven experience working within a Pub / Restaurant operation.
The requirements for the position are:
– Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef within a Pub / Restaurant operation.
– Proven leadership skills
– Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
– Creating and designing Restaurant, Bar menus, including developing new dishes and recipes, ensuring variety and quality.
