The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our clients through personalised care, practical assistance, and companionship. You will work as part of a supportive team while also being trusted to work independently in the community.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing safe, compassionate care to individuals with varying needs
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments where required
• Implementing agreed care and behaviour support strategies
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes in condition
• Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Following health and safety policies and care standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:
• A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and responsiveness to clients’ needs
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of dementia or hospice care is an advantage
• Relevant health or care qualifications are welcome but not required
